Second-chance employers near Memphis after 5 years as a janitorial supervisor

A few employers in Memphis say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
