Second-chance employers near Madison (Madison)

A few employers in Madison say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
