I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
