Second-chance employers near Louisville - first time posting

A few employers in Louisville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Louisville, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
