Second-chance employers near Louisville - 13 months and counting

A few employers in Louisville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The HR contact was kind and direct.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
