Second-chance employers near Knoxville after 15 years as a forklift operator

A few employers in Knoxville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 15 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
