Second-chance employers near Kansas City (update)

A few employers in Kansas City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Thank you in advance. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
