Second-chance employers near Jacksonville - what worked for you?

A few employers in Jacksonville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 8 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
