Second-chance employers near Honolulu - 4 months and counting

A few employers in Honolulu say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
