Second-chance employers near Hartford after 10 years as a payroll clerk

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
