Second-chance employers near Fresno - first time posting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 5 months. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
