Second-chance employers near Detroit (Detroit)

A few employers in Detroit say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
