Second-chance employers near Detroit

A few employers in Detroit say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
