Second-chance employers near Detroit - 13 months and counting

A few employers in Detroit say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?
