Second-chance employers near Detroit - 11 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
