Second-chance employers near Columbus - what worked for you?

A few employers in Columbus say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 4 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
