Second-chance employers near Columbus (update)

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I am in Columbus, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 14 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
