Second-chance employers near Columbus - any advice?

A few employers in Columbus say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 3 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
