Second-chance employers near Cleveland - what worked for you?

A few employers in Cleveland say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Cleveland, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
