A few employers in Chicago say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 5 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
