Second-chance employers near Charlotte (Charlotte)

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
