Second-chance employers near Charlotte

A few employers in Charlotte say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
