Second-chance employers near Charlotte - 12 months and counting

A few employers in Charlotte say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 6 months. Any other leads?
