Second-chance employers near Buffalo - 15 weeks in

A few employers in Buffalo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a mechanic before this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
