Second-chance employers near Buffalo - 10 months and counting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I worked as a nurse's aide before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
