Second-chance employers near Boston after 6 years as a procurement assistant

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
