Second-chance employers near Boston

A few employers in Boston say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a medical assistant before this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 15 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
