Second-chance employers near Boise - what worked for you?

A few employers in Boise say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
