Second-chance employers near Birmingham - first time posting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
