Second-chance employers near Baltimore - any advice?

A few employers in Baltimore say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Baltimore, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 15 months.

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
