Second-chance employers near Atlanta (Atlanta)

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Atlanta, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
