Second-chance employers near Albuquerque - what worked for you?

A few employers in Albuquerque say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
