Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - what worked for you?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tampa that might lead to something longer. Thank you in advance. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
