Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - what worked for you?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Knoxville that might lead to something longer. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
