Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - what worked for you?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Denver that might lead to something longer. It has been a long 24 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
