Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - what worked for you?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Columbus that might lead to something longer. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
