Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - what worked for you?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 12 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
