Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - what worked for you?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 7 weeks. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
