Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - what worked for you?

Malaika Adeyemi · 2026-08-05T15:38:39.668Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 11 weeks. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
