Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - what worked for you?

A retailer and two warehouses near Columbus are hiring seasonal staff. I worked as a sales associate before this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
