Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (update)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Nashville that might lead to something longer. It has been weighing on me all week. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
