Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (update)

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 8 weeks. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
