Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (update)

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 3 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
