Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (update)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tucson that might lead to something longer. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
