Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (Tucson)

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 8 weeks. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
