Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (Tampa)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tampa that might lead to something longer. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
