Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (Tampa)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tampa that might lead to something longer. It has been weighing on me all week. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
