Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (St. Louis)

A retailer and two warehouses near St. Louis are hiring seasonal staff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
