Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (Spokane)

A retailer and two warehouses near Spokane are hiring seasonal staff. I worked as a graphic designer before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
