Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (San Diego)

Kenji Lindberg · 2026-09-03T09:15:32.481Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 10 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
